Terri's Birthday Cake and Pumpkin Pie quilt


Here is another one of Terri's beautiful quilts. It is called Birthday Cake and look so festive, don't you think? the bright colors accented by the black and white fabrics looks so happy. I especially like how the half square triangles remind me of the candles on the cake. Terri selected Love Doodles pantograph which is simliar to the Oodles of Doodles panto. It looks like a ribbon curling around the quilt top and it adds to the look of birthday party embodied by this quilt top.


This one is called Pumpkin Pie and has a very modern outer fabric in the outside border.
Terri selected a woodland themed panto for this quilt in a light brown thread color. The panto has pine cones, acorns and oak leaves in it.
This panto really stitches up nice and adds to the autumnal feel of the quilt top. Terri said she is going to switch out these quilts according to the seasons at her house. Isn't that a great idea?
