Shipping policy

When an order comes through all of the Quilt Fairies take a moment to celebrate and then… they get BUSY! We are a small quilt shop and during sale surges and holidays our shipping sprites may take a wee bit longer to ship your order. However, we do our very best to ship orders placed before 11:30am EST Monday-Friday on the SAME DAY! Machine shipments do take longer as we will go through a verification process for the order.

If your order comes through after 11:30am EST we we do our very best to ship it out on the next business day. We don’t ship on Saturdays and Sundays so the Quilt Fairies can rest (our wings get tired).

You’ll notice on your cart we list any products that may be backordered. We get our restocking shipments from suppliers on a continual basis but during sales surges and holidays, there could be a small wait. Please know our Quilt Fairies do their VERY best because we know how important it is to get you your goodies as soon as possible.

Orders over $100 will qualify for FREE shipping within the USA YAY! USA orders under $100 enjoy a flat rate shipping price of $8. * Please note that since rentals, classes, courses and events do not have shipping charges, these items can not be used to qualify for the free shipping offer. We do not offer free shipping on APQS longarm machines, Quilt Path computer systems, Koala Sewing Cabinets or some of the Arrow Sewing Cabinets. We do not ship to U.S. Territories.

Baby Lock, Pfaff, and JUKI machines shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged a flat rate of $90, with delivery typically taking 8 to 10 business days. At this time, we do not ship Baby Lock, Pfaff or JUKI machines to Canada. We only ship APQS longarm machines, Quilt Path computer systems, Koala Sewing Cabinets or Arrow Sewing Cabinets to the continental USA. 

Quilted Joy is currently only offering international shipping to our Canadian neighbors. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the weight of the products in the order. The customer is responsible for any and all duties and custom fees. While we so wish we could offer it, unfortunately Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping. 

All orders are inspected before shipping. In the case of damaged good or packing error, please contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can correct the situation. Our Quilt Fairies are very protective of your order and package it up with great care as we know the journey can be long.
