Our long arm quilting machines are operated by Quilt Fairies who are humans afterall (even if magical ones). Because they are humans, they do (very occasionally) make mistakes. It is important to all of us that your quilt turns out beautifully. We try our very best and our mountains of happy customers love sending their quilts to us. Please know that you are trusting our judgment as professional quilters. There may be times where the end result isn’t exactly what you had in mind, but we can’t be held responsible for expectations that have not been communicated clearly. There are very, very rare occasions when a long am machine malfunctions and could damage a quilt. But please know that is rare and we would let you know immediately if there is a problem. And, after we all shed some tears, we will do our best to make it right. Thank you for trusting the Quilt Fairies and we all appreciate your understanding.
