Angela is always willing to answer questions very patiently, no matter how small, and she explains things in a way that is easy to understand. She also gave great recommendations about what extras are worth getting at the beginning, and which ones to wait to see if I really need or want them. I have an APQS dealer closer to me, but I went a little further so that I could deal directly with Angela—she is definitely worth it!
