I just bought my first longarm, and Angela and the Quilted Joy team made it so easy! Angela is always willing to answer questions very patiently, no matter how small, and she explains things in a way that is easy to understand. She also gave great recommendations about what extras are worth getting at the beginning, and which ones to wait to see if I really need or want them.
