Social Media Content Creator- Part Time and Full Time Applications Accepted.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB SUMMARY
- Create and deploy our editorial calendar under the supervision of our fabulous Marketing Manager
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts
- Nurtures and engages with our fervent online community while growing our online presence.
- Takes product photos as needed, upload to website
- Shoots and edits our video tutorials, livestreams and promotional content
- Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. Stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 20 lbs, and climbing the occasional ladder
Ideally you have a background in sewing or quilting already (or a bit of an interest). A degree or experience in Video Production/Communication with an emphasis in Marketing is preferable.
You will report to our Marketing Manager.

CANDIDATES MUST:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premier or other video editing software while also knowing when to just get it done using Adobe Rush or Capcut or even Canva Pro
- Must have understanding of print and digital file formats and when to apply them
- Must have a good "eye" to frame and compose our videos to show off our team and our products
- Efficient, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills
- Obsesses over the Details – You are committed to paying attention to the details
- Get Things Done – You have a great work ethic and enjoy being self directed because no one here believes in micro-managing
