Taking It Easy Strip Quilt
Last week you may have seen this photo I posted on the Quilted Joy Facebook page of this quilt on the frame:
Here it is all done!
Carol found this pattern in one of her favorite quilting magazines. She really liked what she saw in the magazine's photo of the finished quilt: straight line quilting parallel to the piecing. Thank goodness for channel locks! They made the quilting a breeze, especially since I needed to load the quilt short ways to orient the lines just the right way.
I really like the fabrics on this quilt. Those cool refreshing colors and prints will look wonderful on someone's bed soon!
