Lorena's 1930s Frog Quilt

This is the absolute busiest time of the year for me and I am totally swamped right now. No wonder these little froggies felt right at home in my studio!
Lorena is a big fan of all the great 30's prints on the shelves right now. Look at the wonderful frog quilt she put together. She left some wide open spaces so I could play a bit and I'm really happy with how it turned out. I used a butterfly, ladybug, dragonfly, moth, and funky bug flitting about the green border.
The frogs got a water motif behind them so they could be sitting in the pond watching the insects buzz about. I used Superior Threads Monopoly to add definition to the frogs. They got a chin, legs and feet!
