Karen's Froggies Are Hoppin' Their Way Home

The froggies are hoppin' their way to Karen's granddaughter! I had so much fun putting bugs, dragonflies, butterflies and other insects as the frogs hop around.
I put a water filler around the frogs and stayed off the 3-D piecing. I just love the colors and fabrics Karen chose. Of course, I'm a huge brights fan.
The outside border has a loopy meander that reminds me of the hippity hoppity action that you know would be going on with all those frogs having a party on her quilt!
Many of the quilts I've seen from Karen lately have curved piecing but she is always able to figure out an easy accessible way to get those curvy bits to work without the stress, pleats and puckers that are common with some curved piecing.

During my daughter's slumber party the girls swooned over this quilt so I have no doubt Karen will please her very lucky granddaughter with these fun, fabulous, foxy frogs!
