Did everyone have a great holiday? Now that Christmas has passed, I can really start sharing photos of all the quilts I've been working on the past couple of months. My next several customer quilt posts will all be from Karee. You might remember her sampler quilts I shared with you last month. This modern log cabin quilt was the next in line. Karee used highly contrasting black and white fabrics. This modern twist on the classic log cabin quilt is stunning! She made this for her granddaughter, whose current favorite color palette is black and white. Karee may not care much for the colors, but she did a great job picking out her fabrics. She must have quite the stash! The Daisy Pantograph is great for teen and preteen girls who like fun, floral designs. The open and circular look of the daisy adds a little more contrast to the angular piecing.
