Quilt By Mail: A Step-by-Step Guide

We are SO excited to offer Quilt by Mail services, but we also understand that it can be really scary to send your quilt (what feels like) a million miles away. Rest assured that the Quilted Joy quilt fairies are here to make the process stress-free and easy peasy.

Step 1: Tell us all about your quilt!

Every single stitch in your quilt top has a little piece of you sewn into it. We want to honor this by making sure we quilt to your exact specifications. To do this we need to know details such as size, quilt pattern, and batting. Simply fill out your details on our quilt by mail page and we'll handle the rest!

Step 2: Check out & submit your order

After you've filled out all your details, add the quilt by mail product to your cart. Proceed to check out as usual. After your order has been paid for and submitted you will receive an order confirmation.

Step 3: Send your quilt to us!

Pack up your quilt top for it's journey!

Step 4: Your quilt arrives! (YAY!)

Upon arrival we will immediately let you know your quilt made it to us safe and sound! The standard turn around time is around 4-5 weeks. We also order an expedited turn around with priority service for an additional charge.

Step 5: Our quilt fairies work their magic!

Now the fun part! Our expert quilt fairies will work their quilty magic. We want creating the quilt of your dreams to be easier than your ever imagined!

Step 6: Ship your quilt home to you!

When all the work is done, and every detail has been double and triple checked we will ship your quilt back to you via Fedex or UPS. We also offer a signature required delivery for an additional fee.
