Learn how to use circle machine quilting rulers on a longarm quilting machine. The circle ruler is very versatile and we will focus on the many different ways it can be used. We will tackle custom quilting techniques, border designs with corners and a few block designs. This class is designed for our rental customers who would like to explore guided custom quilting and for those who own their own longarm quilter and are looking to grow their skills. You'll share a machine with a sewing partner in this hands on class- limit 2 per machine. A hands on class is the best way to learn these valuable skills!

Sit Down Machine Quilting With Rulers Spotlight: Circles, $65

Saturday July 20, 10:30am-3:30pm

This hands on class will focus on how to use circle machine quilting rulers on a domestic sewing machine or a sit down longarm quilting machine. For this class you'll bring your personal sewing machine to class. The circle ruler is very versatile and we will focus on the many different ways it can be used. We will tackle custom quilting techniques, border designs with corners and a few block designs. A hands on class is the best way to learn these valuable skills.

We'll be learning the same techniques in both of these classes. Of course, the biggest difference is what kind of machine you'll be learning on. In both classes I'll have my circle rulers available for students to play with and share. But if you already have a circle ruler in your collection, I encourage you to bring it along so you can practice with your own ruler.
