Anna's Monkey Quilt
Guess which animal I quilt more than any other. The answer? Monkeys. I have no idea why monkeys land on my frame so often but I think I must do at least one monkey quilt a month!
Here's Anna's fun, whimsical monkey quilt. I used a wave pattern in the borders which sort of reminds me of bananas. More waves in the sashings and loopies behind the monkeys. Each monkey applique is outlined and a heart was added to each one's chest. 
Be sure to look at the ears she made for each of her monkeys- they are 3D! Too cute! Oh, and don't worry, they will all have eyes. Fancy button eyes!
