New Hands On Class for Longarm Renters
If you've been following the blog for a while, you've probably noticed I have lots of amazing renters. Everyone has their own unique style and they're always bringing in such amazing quilts. It has truly been an honor to teach them how to use the longarm and watch their confidence grow with each visit. It is my goal to help my renters continue to grow as quilters so they can proudly say, "I made this quilt from start to finish!"
To help you grow, I'm introducing a new hands on longarm quilting class: Skill Builders Breaking into Freemotion on the Longarm!
Pantographs and design boards look stunning when quilted. But there is a whole world of possibility in free motion quilting! The challenge is knowing where to start. Moving to the front of the machine shouldn’t be scary! Spend a couple of hours with us and play with a number of easy freemotion designs that will work great the next time you rent our machines.
This class is designed especially for our certified renters who want to expand their skills. Longarm machine owners are also welcome to join in the fun! This is a hands on class with two people per machine. No supplies necessary but bring a snack! We’ll take care of everything else.
I'll be offering this class for the first time on Sat. July 29, 10:30am-1:30pm. You can find more information and sign up for the class here.
I’m Angela- Co-host of the Fons & Porter’s Love of Quilting PBS show. APQS Long arm Dealer and Educator. Triplet Momma. Designer. Thread Bimbo.
