One of our favorite quilting traditions is almost here!
The 2026 All Kentucky Tennessee Shop Hop begins July 1 and continues through August 31, giving quilters two full months to explore quilt shops across Kentucky and Tennessee, discover new inspiration, and make memories along the way.
If you've never participated in a Shop Hop before, it's simple. Pick up an official Shop Hop Magazine Passport, then visit participating quilt shops throughout the event. As you travel, you'll collect passport stamps, meet fellow quilters, discover new fabrics and patterns, and become eligible for prizes. Whether you visit a handful of shops near home or turn it into a quilting road trip with friends, the Shop Hop is a wonderful way to celebrate our quilting community.
Your Shop Hop Magazine Passport is much more than a passport. Inside, you'll find shop listings, regional maps, exclusive patterns, quilting articles, event information, and helpful tools for planning your route. Many quilters spend weeks mapping out their adventures before the event even begins!
Exclusive Shop Hop fabric collection
One of the highlights of every Shop Hop is the exclusive fabric collection created especially for the event by renowned designer Jason Yenter of In the Beginning Fabrics. Known for his rich colors, intricate details, and breathtaking scenic prints, Jason has designed a collection that celebrates the beauty and character of Kentucky and Tennessee. The collection features stunning destination panels showcasing iconic landmarks from both states, coordinated with richly detailed companion prints, florals, textures, and motifs that capture the spirit of the region.
These exclusive fabrics are available only through participating Shop Hop stores and are produced in limited quantities.
