Ali's Critters Quilt

I love hearing about quilts made for family and friends. Nothing says "you're special to me" quite like a quilt you can wrap up in! Ali made this sweet quilt for a close friend of hers. She even included him in the design process and picking out fabrics. She's calling this the critters quilt in honor of all the sketched animals in the panels. I think my favorite is the bunny, but it's hard to choose just one. They're all so sweet! Ali and her friend picked out this handsome Crackle Batik fabric for the backing. It catches many of the colors in the top and it's perfect for a man's quilt. The little critters are the star of this quilt, so I just added a simple meandering line. It looks great and Ali was so pleased when she picked it up!
