Last week was our first ever live online guild meeting for the Quilted Joy Clubhouse! If you missed the livestream, it's now available to watch whenever you want over on Youtube. Or you can check it out right here! As I mentioned, this was our first ever live meeting. We had a couple of trial runs the week before, but we were all super nervous. There are a few quirks we'd like to fix up, but overall the meeting went really well! We'll begin with a short program, this month I shared a few ways to quilt flying geese. You can find the worksheet I was using in the meeting here. Once you place this digital download in your cart and checkout, you'll be able to download it. There will be a lookie-loo studio tour where a guest shows us around their quilting space. After our studio tour I'll share a few of my current favorite things. This month I showed off some new wide back fabrics that recently walked in the door. The four fabrics I shared this month were Effervescence in Water, Radiance in Eggplant, another color of Radiance in Black/Bright, and the Timeless Treasures Dot Swirls. They're all currently available in the online shop! Next up was "How Would You Quilt That?" where I share my ideas for how to custom quilt a few quilt tops that were shared in the Quilted Joy Clubhouse Facebook group. Last, but not least, was show and tell. Or as I like to call it, Quilt Drooling! I shared a few finished quilts that were posted in the QJ Clubhouse so we could congratulate these quilters on their beautiful quilts! The Quilted Joy Clubhouse Live Meetings will occur on the first Wednesday of every month at 1pm EST. Our next meeting will be on Wednesday April 3 at 1pm EST.
