Sarah's Purse Quilt: The Sequel
Sarah had me do an awesome purse quilt for her a few months ago. She had made it for an auction but loved it so much she had to make one for herself. I didn't have the flash active on the camera so the colors aren't as bright as they should be. Believe me, though, this quilt has a host of wonderful bright fabrics! This pattern is so great. Can't you just see funky buttons on each of the purses?
I finished all the background fill behind the purses. I used a stipple to push down this white background so the purses could lift up into the batting and take center stage.

I'll be putting a funky flower in the sashings but I'm unsure what I'm going to do in the outside border just yet.
