Ahhh... Paris, the Seine... the parfum... the lukewarm ice less water and little dogs in restaurants. Okay, I guess the last two things really spoil the fantasy, eh? Melissa's lucky daughter will certainly enjoy dreaming about France while snuggled under this original quilt top. Parisian Party, quilted by Angela Huffman - QuiltedJoy.com

I have been to France as a tourist and as a foreign exchange student. I've got to say my favorite place isn't Paris. Instead I loved Carcasonne and Chartres. I've written before about my trip to France after college with my BFF. Exploring a foreign country is something I hope to do with my own kidlets someday, too.

Melissa's quilt was done with the Funky Fleur De Lis all over pantograph which, of course, fit the theme. I used a white thread and a 100% cotton batting for her quilt.I'm not sure what she is going to bind this in but I do know her daughter is going to LOVE it! Be sure to pop over to Melissa's blog, The Polka Dot Chair. She has such fantastic, creative ideas!
