Happy New Year! I've got 2 BIG quilty goals this year. They are so big that I'm afraid to even speak about them until I've got them further underway so I'll just hold you in suspense for now. :) My other big goal this quarter is to redesign my website and add more of the digital patterns I've designed in my online shop.
Things are quiet here. The kidlets are at their dad's house this week. RocketMan called me yesterday near tears. He was throwing up all day and felt so awful, poor thing. I hate not being accessible to my kidlets when they are feeling so low. There are many, many things awful about divorce but that particular one is pretty high on the list. I was able to enjoy a few days off but I've got four custom quilts waiting on me in the studio that I've GOT to get too ASAP so today I've been hacking away at my work list. I have a couple videos I still need to edit that I did to sow a couple techniques on Intelliquilter. I've got an external hard drive with a loose cable so that has been slowing down that process but I'll get to it. Oh, and I redesigned my local quilt guild's website. I'm still working on it and I have to add a bunch more pictures of our friendly bunch but so far I'm liking it. The photos I've used in this post are from Kim's tshirt quilt I did for her before the holidays. She had pieced it and just needed someone to quilt it. I'm sure it was a very happy Christmas morning when that quilt was unwrapped. Okay, the little gift I have is in support of the post I did on how I use Evernote to organize my quilty inspiration. I have 10 8 invitations to give out that will give you one month FREE of premium service. The free version of Evernote is great but there is a limit on how much you can upload to the Evernote. The premium version removes that limit. If you want one of the invitations I have to give out, send me an email- Ky Triplets (at) g mail (dot) com Take out all those spaces and replace the (at) and (dot) with symbols.
