After an overwhelming response from folks loving all the Laura Heine quilts we’ve been posting from our last class, we’ve decided to offer the class again on March 23, 2018! In this class we will explore the fabric collage technique that defines the Laura Heine style quilts. We will spend a great deal of time considering value and contrast in an effort to add dimensional aspects to our animals. This is a great class to learn not only a technique but also a way of looking at how to select fabric and color for the right effect.

Hi Lillie! We’re so glad to hear you’re interested in our fabric collage class! Unfortunately, this blog post was from early 2018 and the class has already happened. We’re looking forward to reopening our Louisville, KY classroom post-covid in the near future!
