Sarah has landed some great Ebay finds recently. This postage stamp king size beauty is a good example of the high quality tops she's aquired.
Sarah put the two outside borders on the quilt to make it big enough for her daughter's bed. She had a few repairs to make in the quilt top itself but it was in otherwise great shape. Her daughter loves daisies and there are daisies in the inside border print. I decided to do a freehand daisy meander throughout her quilt top and it works well on all of those prints in the middle. Sarah chose a 100% Hobbs cotton batting so this quilt will have that cozy antiqued crinkly look after it gets washed for the first time.

I'm almost finished with it and I'll have the final pictures of it up in the next day or two. Right behind this quilt is another postage stamp quilt from Sarah. This time, it is a rich red!
