One Year Ago Today, Dad Made His Transition
One year ago today, my dad lost his battle with cancer. He was 59. I miss his bear hugs, his huge hands, his gentle chuckle and his belly laugh. In his final day on earth he was surrounded by friends, was sung to, kissed on, and told many times how much he was loved. I am who I am because of who he was. God picked out a really great daddy for me and I am so thankful for the time I had to love him. I miss you, Daddy.
