More new baby longarm machine quilters were hatched!
I get so excited for our new longarm machine renters. I love that they can finish one of their own quilt tops the very first time they touch a longarm quilting machine here at the APQS longarm quilting showroom. They get a sense of accomplishment and I get a contact high. :)
Here are just some of the new baby longarm quilters that were hatched this week.
Liz came back for her first rental after her class and finished this t-shirt quilt in two hours. I didn't get a photo of the back but she used a great black and white bit circley dot modern wide back I have. Speaking of which, I really need to get the wide back fabrics I carry loaded to the online shop. Hmmmm... something for the to-do list.
Susan is married to a very dear, old friend of mine from college. She used a projector to draw out this cardinal onto fabric and then fused it together. She chose the Funky Fleur de Lis pantograph for the quilting which was a perfect choice!
Jennifer finished this lovely top that she picked up as a shop sample a while back. Isn't it great? Jennifer used dark blue minkie on the back and the quilt is just LUSCIOUS! I love using minkee on the backing. It is a little hard to work with but so worth it!
What about you? When are you getting in here to play?
