Fay's Dresden Plate Quilt in 30s Fabrics!
Fay's Dresden Plate was on the frame today. She used perky 30's fabrics to make this happy lap quilt. I had fun putting a 3 leaf cluster in the corners of each plate block. The plates have a center leaf star and loops on each petal of the plate. The sashings are vines with another leaf star in the cornerblocks. Fay really likes Dresden Plates, and will soon be working on a much bigger one with tons more space to play. She's dreaming of feathers in the quilting; I'm sure it will be beautimous!
