That's right, Quilted Joy is a participating store in the 2016 Row by Row Experience! We'll have photos of our row closer to the start of the event, but in the mean time we have our fabric license plates available in the store. These plates are unique novelty printed panels that you won't find at any other store. We have two plate designs available in our Louisville, KY showroom and the online store for $4.99. We had so much fun coming up with the perfect sayings - a lot of them were very silly and a few were a little naughty ;). After a lot of debate and giggles, we finally decided on our two sayings, which are "BLUGRSSQLTR" and "I QLT! U QLT?" You can use these collectible plates in lots of different ways. We've seen whole quilts dedicated to a quilter's collection, or you can add them to the back of your Row by Row quilt. The only limit is your imagination! Are you scratching your head wondering "what is the Row by Row Experience?" Row by Row is an annual nationwide event similar to a shop hop, but without the fees or cards and it lasts all summer long. Participating shops, like Quilted Joy, will have a free pattern for a row in a quilt. You can travel all over the country going from shop to shop picking up lots of rows, or just enough to put together a quilt. This event is a great excuse to travel and quilt!
