Debra's Santa Puppy Quilt Panel
Debra found this printed Christmas panel and fell in love with it. You might remember last year I quilted this angel panel for her as well. This time she wanted to highlight the realistic details in the panel and I had fun embellishing it with my quilting. 
You'll see the boughs of the pine trees are accentuated and the folds of Santa's coat are outlined. 
The puppies got their ears and haunches defined as they are looking to get Santa's attention. 
The sack of goodies has the drape of the fabric stitched into it and there are snowballs on the ground below the puppies' feet. 
I put feathers around the outside border and I know Debra will be pleased with her new Christmas decoration!
