Debbie's Strippy Twisted Path Quilt
Debbie is in Texas and found this modern top on ebay and sent it to me to quilt for her. Sometimes when you get a top off ebay the fabrics can be thin and of poor quality but this top is made of good quality fabrics and has a such a fun feel to it. It almost reminds me of the Very Hungry Caterpillar, doesn't it? I don't know what the block pattern is but it reminds me of a path or maybe a ferris wheel? It is a VERY big quit but it fit perfectly on my 12' table.
Debbie sent along a bright yellow back and she chose the Funky Fleur de Lis edge to edge pantograph. It adds just the right contemporary touch to her quilt.
White thread and Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 batting with a white binding tops it all off.
