In my last post you saw Arline's Fire Escape she made at the class I taught last fall for our local guild. Arline made this quilt at one of our local quilt shop gems, Among Friends Quilt Shop.
This quilt was taught as a Block of the Month mystery quilt and each block is taught in a Saturday class that is a great way to learn new techniques.
My favorite block is the one with the tiny pink Ohio Star in the center of progressively bigger Ohio Stars. Cute!

The fabrics used in this top are so romantic and sweet. Arline chose a new pantograph called Hearts a Flutter for her quilting design. It is quilted in white thread and the dancing hearts look great winding their way though her quilt.

Arline has made loads of quilts for her family but declared that this one was HERS! I can understand why!
