If you're anything like me, you maybe have a bit of a fabric habit. Who can resist those lovely batiks? Or the great textures and patterns? And the colors! Maybe that habit isn't so small ;)

In the upcoming Dip, Dye, and Dabble Day Camp, you can indulge your fabric habit while creating your own dyed fabrics. Instructor Pat Sturtzel is a fabric artist, teacher, and quilter who makes some truly luscious fabrics. Take a look at this log cabin she quilted during a rental here at the showroom:

Aren’t those colors fabulous! During the three day, hands on camp, Pat will help you create your own beautiful fabrics using a variety of dyeing techniques like shibori, batik, over-dyeing, and creating color gradations. We’ll even be creating our own unique stamps to make prints, like the fabrics Pat used in this quilt:

At the end of the camp, you’ll have about 32 fat quarters of fabric to take home and use on your next quilt!
