    Simple and useful, and they are great for Glide thread to prevent "cone slippage." I saw a tip on the internet to wrap the excess net around the bottom of the cone and tuck it into the hole. The cone then holds it in place and the nets don't pop off when you stitch. Very handy dandy little items. Work well for both size cones.

    I use a sock on every cone of Glide thread - help the thread to feed evenly and not unwind.

    Great product, more than I expected!

    I wish I would have known about this sooner. Most helpful with "slippery" threads and when quilting on sewing machine. Frustration with thread twisting EVEN when standing cone upright. Over time have needed to un-thread and re-thread machine to get twists out, with these little guys, no more problem!
