Brand new from Schmetz, the Schmetz Super Nonstick Needles are perfect for sewing through fabrics with adhesives. The special non-stick coating of NIT (Nickel-Phosphor-PTFE) ensures that no residue will remain on the needle, resulting in perfectly straight stitching every time. These needles are strong enough to be used on denim and have an extra large eye which is suitable for embroidery work. The slightly rounded point on these needles make them suitable for most fabrics. These needles are great for precision piecing, machine embroidery, hook & loop tapes, topstitching and basic sewing. The Schmetz Topstitch Needles are Angela's favorite needles for quilting on a domestic sewing machine!

Quilted Joy has these needles in two different sizes:

• 80/12 - a fine topstitch needle. This size is ideal for fine weight threads, such as Aurifil .
• 90/14 - a medium topstitch needle. This size is great for medium weight threads, such as Premo-Soft.
