I can hardly believe we’re already on Block 11 of Quilt Fairy Dreams! This month’s block is wonderfully straightforward, making it such a satisfying one to piece. After stretching your skills with curved piecing in Block 10, this design brings us back to classic techniques: half square triangles, four patches, and strip sets, all coming together in a way that creates beautiful movement through the center of the block.

The magic in this block is all about precision and pressing. We’re creating crisp half square triangles using the Creative Grids Half Square 4-in-1 Triangle Ruler, trimming them to a perfect unfinished size, and pairing them with a nested four-patch unit. When those yellow prints form that diagonal line across the center, everything just clicks into place.
