Price Match Guarantee

Have you found the same machine for less? We want your machine to come from Quilted Joy, and we want you to feel great about the price. If you've spotted an identical machine for less at another authorized dealer, tell us below and the Quilt Fairies will work to match it. We honor price match requests before you buy and for 30 days after your purchase (issued in the form of a gift card).

Price Match Guidelines

  • The lower price must come from an authorized retailer of the machine's brand.
  • The item must be identical. Same brand, same model number, and brand new (not used, refurbished, open-box, floor model, or clearance).
  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor, not backordered.
  • The price must be above the manufacturer's wholesale cost.
  • Auction sites, eBay, and third-party marketplace listings like Amazon and Walmart are not eligible.
  • Package and bundle deals are compared as complete packages, and comparisons are made at the total delivered price, including shipping.
  • Some manufacturers, including Baby Lock, JUKI, Pfaff and APQS, set pricing policies that all authorized dealers must follow. When a manufacturer's policy prevents us from matching a price, we'll tell you honestly and get you the very best offer we're allowed to make.
  • Price matches can't be combined with coupons or discount codes.
