Day 1: Mastering Feathers Workshop

Morning: Feather Faster 4 hrs (Hands-On Long Arm)

Discover the secrets of Bethanne’s time-saving “spineless feather” technique! Learn how to quilt entire areas with freehand feathers without constant readjustment. Afternoon: Formal Feathers (Design Draw, Lecture 2 hrs)

Take your feathers from good to heirloom quality! Bethanne breaks down the art of finessing formal feathers: how to bend, grade, and twist them with elegance and confidence.

Morning: Blending Backgrounds 4 hrs (Hands-On Long Arm)

Learn how to transition smoothly between different background fill designs to create movement, contrast, and flow. This hands-on workshop will expand your design vocabulary while sharpening your execution.

Afternoon: Freehand Florals ( Design Draw, Lecture 2 hrs)

From leaves to flowers to graceful serpentine stems, Bethanne shows you how to build organic, freehand floral motifs with confidence. This inspiring lecture will leave you blooming with ideas!
