For the last three years the kidlets and I have been going up once a week to the no kill kitty shelter to clean the litter boxes. We get our weekly kitty fix and have really enjoyed all the fuzzy lovin' we get.
My kids have learned a great deal about reading animal's body language and helping families pick out the kitty right for their family
This week there was a bitty baby that completely took hold of our hearts. He is a tuxedo cat and is a polydactyl just like our other older kitty, Yogi. A polydactyl means he has an extra toe on each paw. It functions like an opposable thumb. He's the missing link! We are in love!!
