Did you just pull your new longarm machine out of the box and are now asking yourself, "ok, what do I do now?" Or maybe you've had one for a year or more; you're comfortable doing a few things but aren't sure how to break out of your comfort zone.

Join me for the Longarm Fundamentals Online Course!

My Longarm Fundamentals online class, produced in partnership with Fons & Porter and Craft University, is the perfect next step for you! When I was in your position and brand new to longarm quilting, I wanted to know everything there was to know about my machine and my new passion. I'm talking how my machine worked, how to find the perfect tension, and how in the world to start custom quilting! I was never able to find that class; so I've created it for you!

Words can't describe how thankful I am for this course! I have learned so much, and so many tricks! Your quilting talents have truly brought JOY into my quilting world -- Vickie I was so excited to see this class and I think it's just the extra little shove I needed to overcome the fear of breaking the machine and increasing my comfort zone. Thank you! -- Nanette This class has inspired me to new levels on my long arm. I thank you for teaching this awesome class. I have learned so much from the videos and downloads and will review them often - I created a binder with the printouts and saved all the videos and files to two places to make sure I don't lose them. This has been a wonderful experience. -- Jeanne
This class is a mastery class for stand up longarm quilters using any brand and any size machine that includes over 13 hours of video instruction that you can watch at your leisure. You can download the lessons to your computer, tablet, or smartphone to watch them whenever and where ever you like! There is also lots of fun and valuable downloadable handouts and a little bit of homework. But don't worry, I promise you'll enjoy doing this homework! If all that wasn't enough, there will also be a student forum active through the duration of the class, allowing you to interact with your fellow students and me. Some of the topics we'll be covering include:
  • Choosing the best batting, thread, and needle for your projects.
  • The secret to setting perfect tension.
  • The factors to consider when determining what to quilt on a quilt.
  • The first steps into custom quilting.
  • And so much more!
