Meanwhile, in the shop, I was so happy to help Patty finish up her quilts for her twin grandchildren who will be born in the next few months. This was the first time she used a longarm, and she did great. The top was made of a panel, and she used microfleece for the backing. She chose to use the design boards that have cute little teddy bears on them. I was especially happy to have Patty working in the shop because her husband was friends with my dad. I’ve missed my dad so much lately, and it is nice to be around those who have a connection to him.
