Cascade Pantograph - Bettye's Lone Star Quilt, quilted by Angela HuffmanShow and Tell is my absolute favorite time during my local quilt guild meeting. All that eye candy is just wonderful! I love seeing how much talent all the women around me have- they are amazing! Well, there is one lady in my guild who rarely shares her quilts during Show and Tell. I've always known she was a prolific quilter but I hadn't been able to lay my eyeballs on her quilt tops very often to appreciate her talent. Until now! I've finally figured out how to get a glimpse at Bettye's quilts. All I needed to do is convince her to hire me to do her quilting!

Take a look at this beauty she pulled out of her hat for me to quilt. Isn't this Lone Star lovely? She did an amazing job with it. All those bias edges are difficult to deal with and Bettye turned to Quiltsmart to help her keep it straight and square. She had me quilt an edge to edge pantograph on her quilt using a cream thread and Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 batting.

But... wait till you see the quilt I'm doing of hers next. You will flip! It is a Vintage Valentine quilt and it is stunning! I'm so glad I finally get to drink in all the quilty talent Bettye has to offer. She is wonderfully talented!
