We know it can feel a little scary to send your quilt away, but our Quilted Joy fairies are here to make the whole process stress-free and easy peasy. From start to finish, your quilt will be treated with the same love and care you put into every stitch.
Here’s how it works: After you place your order and tell us about your quilt, you’ll simply pack it up and send it to 12316 Shelbyville Road, Louisville, Ky 40243. We’ll let you know the moment it arrives safe and sound. Then our quilting fairies will work their magic to bring your quilt to life. Standard turnaround is 4–6 weeks, and priority service is available if you need it sooner.
When your quilt is complete, we’ll carefully ship it back to you using FedEx or UPS, with the option for signature delivery if you’d like a little extra peace of mind. And then comes the best part—snuggling up under your beautifully finished quilt and showing it off to your family and friends!
