Glide Thread is a 40wt polyester thread from Fil-Tec. The thread is made with Advanced Trilobal Technology that allows it to maintain consistent tension throughout each and every spool. The results are high quality, consistent stitch formation, fewer thread breaks, and fewer machine stops. The thread runs virtually lint-free and has a wonderful eye catching sheen.

My very first Kimberbell project was the Candy Cane Lane bench pillow. The Glide thread was recommended to me, and I've discovered that Glide is the perfect home machine embroidery thread. Finding a designated set of Glides embroidery threads to go with the pillow was the cherry on top. I appreciate that Quilted Joy has taken the time to create the perfect bundle of threads for the various Kimberbell projects. I don't have to guess at which threads I need, and the bundle are reasonably priced. I will have to purchase different bundles to match all the Kimberbell projects I will be creating.
