Glide Thread is a 40wt polyester thread from Fil-Tec. The thread is made with Advanced Trilobal Technology that allows it to maintain consistent tension throughout each and every spool. The results are high quality, consistent stitch formation, fewer thread breaks, and fewer machine stops. The thread runs virtually lint-free and has a wonderful eye catching sheen.

I'm just ready to start working on the Kimberbell Make Yourself at Home quilt. I found this collection of Glide embroidery thread at Quilted Joy and I was thrilled. Quilted Joy takes all the guessing and second guessing of choosing the threads that pair up with the Kimberbell quilts. That in itself is priceless. My embroidery machine absolutely loves the Glide threads and the finished look is incredible and professional. The only breakage in thread I've gotten is due to operator error (me), NOT the thread. I prefer to purchase my threads through Quilted Joy because of their impeccable customer service, prices (definite PLUS), and the variety of selections and collections that are offered. Quilted Joy is the ONLY place I purchase my piecing, quilting, and embroidery thread!
