Confetti Cotton Merlot is a very dark wine red with a warm brown undertone, the color of the wine after it has been in the glass a while. It works as the deepest value in a palette of roses and dusty pinks. Merlot and Crimson sit almost on top of each other, with Merlot the marginally warmer of the two.

Riley Blake Confetti Cotton is 100% quilting cotton, about 44 inches wide. Cut here by the yard, from a half yard up in quarter yard increments, as one continuous piece.
