Baby Quilt from Friends & Family: A New Spin on Signature Quilts
Here are more of the original blocks made for Phyllis's granddaughter's quilt. I'm so impressed by the love and care put in each of these blocks.
It is obvious how much love surrounds this little baby. I've seen many signature quilts made at baby showers or bridal showers but I've never seen one this original.
My favorite block is the one of the two figures holding hands. This block is a great example of how quilting can work in tandem with the piecing of a quilt top. I put a tree and a forest floor below the figures as they hold a heart between them. Fun!
