Karen made this cute kiddo quilt which features an adorable purple star fabric.
We decided to stick with the star theme. Karen chose a star and loop all over, edge to edge pattern.
The pinwheel block gives the fabric nice movement and spin. The alternate blocks really set those pinwheels apart and draw the eye right into them.
The thread is white and the batting is Quilter’s Dream.
Check out her backing. Yes, those are all strips and they are all about 2″ wide. And, yes, they are pieced perfectly straight and true. Way cool, eh?
