Elizabeth made this log cabin variation as an Anniversary gift for her parents. Isn’t it wonderful fabric? I love the silvery birds.
She chose an all over edge to edge in a rusty red thread that matches the fabric tones nicely. The backing is a yellow and the rusty red thread looks awesome on the back. It really makes this into a reversible quilt!
I’m sure her parents are going to LOVE it! I can tell you that if my daughter made me a quilt, I would cherish it always. Especially if it was as cool as this one. 🙂
