Glide thread is a 40wt polyester thread. It has a beautiful high sheen because it was originally designed for machine embroidery. Longarm machine quilters discovered how beautifully it runs on our longarm machines. And now it is a go-to thread for longarm quilting.

This thread is a trilobal polyester thread and you'll find consistent tension throughout the cone. The thread runs almost lint-free and shines like a diamond on your quilts!
