Phoenix Collage Pattern is a quilting pattern by Laura Heine. These innovative collage pattern comes with a full sized outline pattern as well as directions to completing the collage. The Phoenix Collage Pattern has a finished size of 36" x 36".

Fabric for the background: 27-30 different blue fabrics ranging from medium blue to very dark blue. These fabrics can be solid or have a slight print to them. Some need to have light blue or grey mottled or streakes in them for around the bird. They can also move into dark teal and dark green. They must all coordinate with each other.

Fabric for the Phoenix: About 1-1/2 yard total of 38-40 different fabrics for the Phoenix. These fabrics should be a range of colors from yellow to orange to red to rust to purple to green to light teal. These fabrics can be solids or have a slight print to them but not overpowering. They will be used for the wings, feet, head, tail and eye.

Fabric for the Cuttables:

4-5 different fabrics with cuttable flowers for the tail and background. These fabrics should have flowers that will coordinate with the colors of the Phoenix.

1-2 different light fabrics for feather accent.

Perfect Scissors - Medium

#2 Pencil

1-1/3 yards of backing fabric

1/4 yard of fabric for single fold binding
