FAQ: How do I access the video lessons? You'll simply log into your Quilted Joy account and click on the My IQ Courses in the upper menu bar. We recommend using either Chrome or Safari as your browser to get the best results when watching this course. Each lesson comes with a short quiz at the end (hint: all answers are either "Yes" or "True") By answering the quizzes, the virtual classroom can keep track of where you are in the course so you can easily tell which lesson is the next lesson to watch.

Can I download the video lessons? No. The intention is that as the software changes, the lessons will be updated in order to keep your course evergreen. This way, whenever you log in, the lessons are up to date and the course you've purchased won't become obsolete over time.

How long do I have access to the video lessons? Forever and ever. Amen. :)

Can I share my login information with my friend so she can watch the video lessons because she likes to use my machine too? No. The computer keeps track of your IP addresses and how many logins are active with your username/password. If you share your login information with someone else the system will shut you out and you will not be able to access the course you've paid good money for. Your friend needs to purchase her own course. I sell online courses as a means to support my family. Please respect that.

What devices can I use to watch the video lessons? You can use any device you like. Each lesson can be viewed in either HD or low resolution, depending upon your internet speed. To watch the lessons in HD, simply click on the HD logo to toggle it to "on" (it will light up blue).

How do I know if my internet speed is fast enough to watch the video lesson? Watch the first lesson from the Baby Steps class free. You use an APQS machine for the classes and I own a different brand machine. Will the IQ courses be relevant to me? The Intelliquilter system can be mounted to most any quality brand longarm. While I do use an APQS machine in the videos, the way the IQ software performs doesn't change due to the longarm it is mounted to.
