Step into the fantastic world of machine quilting using your sit down, domestic sewing machine. In this class we will use a pre-printed panel as our quilting sandbox to practice simple freemotion movements. No piecing needed! Angela Huffman will show you how to use a panel to learn the foundations of freemotion from how to hold the quilt sandwich under your needle to how to move it with practiced even speed. We will be learning how to follow the path of printed panel to train our brain and body as we step into guided freemotion machine quilting.
This class is one of a series of classes that are meant to be taken in any order. Each class offers new foundational lessons for those who are interested in Free Motion Quilting. Jump in and jump out of the classes as they are offered as you please. You'll use the same class kit for any (or all) of the classes. Be sure you have purchased the Panel Kit prior to class. It is required. If you already have it from another class in this series, you will use it for this class as well.
Bring your regular sewing machine set up for free motion or sit down longarm using a printed panel.
Supply list below- This Class Kit is used for all the classes in the Serenade Stream Freemotion Class Series (you only need to purchase it one time to use it for all the classes in the series).
